MHAP regularly hosts two types of events:

Learning Sessions are virtual presentations on topics relevant to MHAP’s work. Following the presentation, we hold small group discussions in breakout rooms, then we reconvene for each small group to share a couple of main points from their discussion. Learning sessions are held via Zoom on Friday afternoons from 2:30-4 pm. All learning sessions are recorded. Anyone who is interested in the topic is welcome to attend learning sessions, regardless of whether they are otherwise involved in MHAP.
Summits are opportunities for the whole Partnership to convene to learn about and review the workgroups’ recent work, provide feedback on the workgroups’ policy proposals, and discuss the direction of the coalition as a whole. Summits can also include other presentations or panel discussions on topics related to MHAP’s work. We typically hold one in-person Summit and up to two virtual Summits per year.
